Why are the ''Insert text (no question)'' fields not displaying question numbers?

You can use the "Insert text (no question) item to add extra text, whether it's an FYI or essential information that the patient/client needs to read and understand. However, this type of question isn't listed as part of the questions, so no number is displayed next to it since it requires no answers.
