Why am I unable to attach multiple files to a message?
When attempting to attach more than one file to a message, you may run into an issue in which the files that have been attached will disappear. This generally occurs when using the Google Chrome browser on both Windows and Mac systems.
As a workaround, Luminello recommends the usage of one of the browsers below:

- Safari
- Microsoft Edge
