What does the patient/client see when it comes to invoicing?

Patients/clients of premium Luminello subscribers can see and export invoices from their portals provided that the clinician's account settings allow it. See below for how this looks for the patient/client:

1. From the main dashboard, patients/clients can click on the ''Billing'' tab or on the ''Go to billing'' button on the ''Current Balance'' section, if the ''Billing History'' permission has been turned on in the chart. Click here to see how to edit the permissions for the patient/client portal.

2. The patient/client will click on the ''Invoices'' tab. 

3. All the invoices that you have sent to this portal will be displayed at this point. Depending on your account settings, the patient/client will be able to export the invoice to a PDF file with $0 or with any balance by clicking on the ''Export'' button.

4. If you've already completed your application for credit card processing with Bluefin and if your settings allow it, the patient/client will be able to make payments by clicking on the ''Pay'' button.

5. Clicking on the invoice number will display the ''Invoice Preview'' screen where the patient/client can see the transactions that were added to the invoice, due date, total, and any comments that you added to the invoice when creating it.
