Tell me more about Luminello's SMS functionality

Luminello's SMS functionality will allow patients/clients to be notified by a HIPAA-compliant SMS notification when an appointment is booked/canceled/rescheduled and to receive reminders of upcoming appointments (patients/clients will not be notified for a non-appointment). This functionality will apply your current calendar settings when sending SMS notifications to the patient/client. 

Note: This feature is only available to premium plan subscribers.

Based on the type of plan you have, here are the prices.

  • Therapist Lite - $0.99 a month.
  • Therapist Unlimited - $0.99 a month. 
  • Prescriber Lite - $2.99 a month.
  • Prescriber Unlimited - $4.99 a month.

Clinicians will be allowed to enable/disable this feature. If disabled, the service will run for the remainder of the billing period.
