Why is the "Send Form" button greyed out when I try to send a form to a patient/client?

If you encounter a greyed out "send form" button when attempting to send a form to a patient/client, there are two potential reasons for this issue:

  • The patient/client may not have access to the "Documents" section of the portal. You can enable or disable this access in the chart's "Portal Permissions" section. Check out this article for instructions on how to edit your patient's/client's portal permissions.
  • It's possible that the patient/client hasn't completed their Luminello portal account setup process. To ensure their portal account is active, follow the steps outlined in this article.
