Can a patient/client fill out a PDF form as opposed to just checking boxes?

No, patients are not able to fill out PDF forms within Luminello. Instead, you can: 

• Create your own form through the form editor.
• Use our pre-made forms. 

If you really want to use a PDF, the patient/client can download it, fill it out on their own computer, and then send a secure message from the portal with the PDF as an attachment.
