I'm an international citizen, can I use Luminello?

We're happy to have you use Luminello anywhere in the world, however, please see below for details:

At this time:

• We are only able to verify U.S. licensure.
• Luminello complies with U.S. privacy regulations and HIPAA, but the laws and regulations in other countries may be different, and we cannot guarantee we would be in compliance with them. 
• Luminello complies with data protection policies for the U.S. but we don't support other country's data protection laws. You would need to ensure that wherever you are, the use of a US-based system would be in compliance with local law. 
• Our merchant processing, insurance claim submission, and e-prescribe partners may have their own requirements for non-U.S. use.
• We are only set up for USD transactions.
