Tell me more about the chart summary

There is a quick way to review your patient's key details; you can get the chart summary in the chart's "All Entries" section.

Diagnosis: This is typically pulled from the most recent note. 

Medications (for prescribers): Pulled from the active medications list. If you see more medications that the patient is on currently, you'll need to update this list and cancel/discontinue medications as appropriate. Learn more here.

Allergies (for prescribers): Pulled from allergies you've entered for the chart in DrFirst.

Next appointment: This is pulled from the "Calendar" or the chart's "Schedule" section.

Balance due: This is pulled from the chart's balance due in the "Billing" section.
