If Luminello were to close it's doors, would clinicians still have access to patient/client charts & for how long?

Luminello has been in operation for four years, but we've been growing by word of mouth only up until recently because we wanted to take our time to build an amazing product. We're doing well and only intend to keep growing. If for some unforeseen reason we were ever to close our doors, providers would have access to their data for at least 30 days to export any data from their account.
