How do I delete an intake request?

To delete the referral request you can follow the steps below or watch a webinar about optimizing your intake process here:


1. Click on "Referrals".

2. Click on "Requests".

3. Click on the drop-down arrow at the far right side of the new patient's/client's request.

4. Click the "I want to" button and choose "Delete request".  

5. A warning message will be displayed on your screen. Click the "Yes, delete" option to remove the request.
