What happens with my patient's/client's credit card information if I cancel my credit card processing account with Bluefin?

You as the merchant will not have access to the full card information as the data is tokenized/stored in Payconex. After canceling your credit card processing account, your patient's credit card information will remain in the database for about 120 days after which it's automatically cleared.
