Why is my chart in archived status?

Providers may archive a chart for various reasons. When this happens, the patient/client portal account associated with that chart goes into read-only status. Historical info is available, but no other actions (sending a message, booking an appointment) are allowed.

If you have questions about why your chart is in archived status, please contact your provider directly, outside of Luminello (i.e via phone or other electronic means).
