Can I forward message notifications received within the platform?

Here's how you can forward message notifications to your assistant or patient/client in Luminello:

1. From your main dashboard, click on "Messages."

2. Find and click on the notification that you want to forward along.

3. Click on "Forward."

4. Add the name of the person you want to forward the notification.

5. Click on "Send."

Note: When sending or forwarding messages to multiple recipients, please remember that each recipient's name and all content will be visible to all recipients. We encourage you to exercise caution.
