Can I forward message notifications received within the platform?

From time to time, clinicians will receive notification messages in their inbox. You can simply forward these notifications along to your Assistant if need be. Here is now:

1. Click on the "Messages" tab.

2. Find the notification that you wish to forward along, and open it.

3. Click "Forward".

4. Enter the name of who you want to forward the notification to.

5. Click "Send".
