How can I see the diagnoses added on a free text note?

Any diagnosis added to a free text note will be visible in the chart dashboard after the note is signed. Read on to learn more. 

1. The diagnosis code entered in your free text note will display in the chart summary section. It will update automatically whenever you add a new diagnosis to a note. 

Note: If you wish to add another diagnosis, please be sure the old and new diagnoses are added. If you only add the new diagnosis, the old diagnosis will be deleted.

2. When a note is cloned - free text, intake, or SOAP - the diagnoses will be taken from the same note being cloned, even if that is not the most recent note overall. After selecting the note you want to clone, the diagnoses will automatically populate.
