How can I only display my note template answers in a signed note?

Here's how you can edit your custom note template to display only the answers in a signed note. 

Note: For in-app editing of very long forms/templates, we recommend a high-end laptop or desktop computer with a recent processor and graphics card to achieve the best editing experience. Otherwise, it will be slow.

1. From your main dashboard, click on "Practice."

2. Select "My Luminello Forms" from the "Practice" drop-down. 

3. Go to the template you want to edit and click on the "Edit" icon. 

4. Click on "Edit" next to a question. 

5. Check the "Do not display this in saved note" box. You must mark this box in every question of the note template to hide the question titles, only displaying the answers in a signed note.

6. This is what it looks like when the note is signed.
