How can I see my patient's e-lab results?

You can see the lab results you have received for a patient by following the steps below or watch a webinar about managing the e-prescribing and e-labs features here: 

1. Go into a patient's chart through the ''Charts'' tab on the left navigation menu of your Luminello dashboard.

OR by using the ''Shortcuts'' menu on your Luminello dashboard.

2. Once on the patient's chart, go to "Labs."

3. Click on "E-results & other info."

4. Under "Reports," you will see any new results that you have received for the patient.

5. Double-click on the result to display it. 

6. Then click on ''Print" if you'd like to print it out. 

Please note: Due to recent changes in how selected labs are transmitting lab results, certain lab results may not generate notifications. We are aware of the issue and actively investigating potential solutions.
