How does the "Help" icon and "Ask" sections function?

Here's how you can use the "Help" icon in Luminello. 

1. From your main dashboard, click on the "Help" icon.

2. In the "Answers" section, you can type in keywords for your questions/concerns and click on "Search" to search for any Luminello support articles that match what you're looking for. 

3. In the "Ask" section, you can chat or email our Customer Support team with any questions/concerns.

You can also book a screenshare or a phone session for complex questions.
