What information is available on the ''Financial Summary'' section?

The Luminello "Financial Summary" section lets you see a summary of your practice's accounts receivables, a running list of all transactions, and track your invoices. You can also charge the entire or partial sum to a patient's/credit client's card and generate detailed financial reports. Here's how. 

1. From your main dashboard, click on "Financial."

2. Go to the "Financial Summary" section. 


All Transactions

1. In the "All Transactions" tab, you can see a running list of all the transactions registered in your practice. You can also export all your financial data from this section. To learn more about exporting financial data, click here.

2. Click the "Filter List" dropdown to apply filters to the transactions you want to see in this section and click "Apply" to save the changes.

3. You can search the transaction history of a specific patient/client by typing in their name on the search bar.


Accounts Receivables

1. In the "Account Receivables" section, you can see the total amount due for all your patients/clients. The amount due displayed could be from invoices/billing transaction history (you can adjust this in the financial settings section. 


Invoice Tracker

1. In the "Invoice Tracker" section, you can see all invoices created in your practice.
