Why isn’t a claim’s adjudication or payment info showing up in Luminello?

Luminello may not display information regarding a claim's adjudication or payment for various reasons. These reasons are outlined below:
1. Due to technological constraints, the processing information for a claim may not reach the ApexEDI system, and thus, Luminello. If you encounter this issue with a particular payer, please notify us, and we will forward the matter to ApexEDI for investigation.
2. If a claim was submitted directly through the ApexEDI/OneTouch portal, it will not be automatically posted to Luminello.

3. In case a claim was submitted from Luminello, but changes were made to the claim information in ApexEDI/OneTouch before resubmitting, or if the claim did not pass validation and was subsequently corrected before resubmitting, the information will not appear in Luminello. In such instances, it is advisable to correct the information on the Luminello side instead and then resubmit from there.
