Why do I get an error when I click on "Interactive Insights" ?
If you are using Safari on a Mac laptop/desktop and mobile devices, you may be redirected to an error page after clicking on the "Interactive Insights" option on Charts>Labs>E-results & other info>Reports, as shown below:
