How do I edit a template?

Here's how to edit a template in the form builder. 

1. From the main dashboard, click on "Practice." 

2. Select "My Luminello Forms" from the "Practice" drop-down.

3. Click on the "Edit" icon next to the template you want to edit. 

Note: You can duplicate forms and make changes to the duplicated document while leaving the original form unaltered. 

4. The template will open in the form builder. You can add a new title to the form under "Form Title." 

Note: You can't change the "Form Type" in existing forms.

5. Click on a question and go to "Edit" to update the question/answers.

6. To add a new question, drag it from the "Question types" section into the form area.
