How do I search for all e-lab results in my practice?

The following steps will allow you to easily search for any of your patients' e-lab results. You can also watch a webinar about managing the e-prescribing and e-labs features here: 

1. Go to Charts>E-labs.

2. In the "E-labs" drop-down select the option to "Search All Results."

3. Select a date on the ''Received Date From'' and ''Received Date To'' fields.

 4. Click on ''Search''.

5. Your patients' results will be displayed. 

Please note: Due to recent changes in how selected labs are transmitting lab results, certain lab results may not generate notifications. We are aware of the issue and actively investigating potential solutions.
