How can I permanently remove a diagnosis from being displayed on the statement?

The diagnosis(es) that show up in the Charts>Billing>Create superbill section are pulled from the most recently signed note. If you update the diagnosis on a new note, that will be the diagnosis that shows up in Charts>Billing>Create superbill. If you would like to mask a diagnosis, it can be done by following these steps:

1. Go to Charts>Billing>Create Superbill.

2. To mask the diagnosis(es), drag and drop to the right-hand column, as shown below.

3. Click on the "Create Superbill" button.

4. A warning box will be displayed on your screen indicating that no diagnosis(es) will appear. Click on the "Yes, proceed" button.

5. Now you can see that the diagnosis(es) does not appear in the statement.

6. To remove the diagnosis(es) permanently, do not move the diagnosis(es) from the "Do not display column". If the same diagnosis(es) are added from the ''Charts>Entries>All Entries>Compose Note'' area, you will find that they are still displayed in the "Do not display" column and it will not appear in the statement.
