How do I add a diagnosis to an e-lab order?

If you have added a diagnosis to the patient's chart, it will be auto-populated in your order. Read on to learn more or watch a webinar about managing the e-prescribing and e-labs features here: 

1. To add a new diagnosis to the e-lab order, enter the diagnosis code in the search field, or click on the binoculars icon to do a more detailed search. 

2. Check the box next to the new diagnosis you want to add to the e-lab order, and click on "Use Selected."
