Where can I find the insurance company's payer ID?

Typically, this information can be found on your patient's/client's insurance member ID card. In the example below, the back of the member ID card includes the Electronic Payer ID #74227.

In the event that you are unable to find a particular payer in the list of insurance companies, it is possible that it is registered with a different name. Please reach out to us with the payer ID from the back of your patient's/client's insurance member ID card, and we will review which insurance company name it corresponds to on the list.
