What actions can I take with a medication?

There are different ways you can respond to prescription refills and change requests. Read on to learn more or watch a webinar about managing the e-prescribing and e-labs features here:

You can do the following to any individual medication from the "Active Medications" area within a Chart's "Send E-rx" section:

• Renew a medication (you can also Renew multiple medications at once.)
• Start a new prescription from an existing prescription: click the "RX" icon, which creates a new rx with the info from the previous rx, available for you to edit.
• Stop a medication
  
• Delete a medication
