How do I view the medication history for a patient?

Here's how to check the medication history:

1. Once you are in the patient/client chart, click on the "Show Medication History" button.

2. Select the time duration in the drop-down.

3. You can also check the inactive medications by clicking on the "Show Inactive Medications" button.

4. In the inactive medications list, you can also select these options:

• Renew from Medication
• Prescribe from Medication
• Stop
• Delete
