How do I see the serial number associated with a prescription?

DrFirst assigns a serial number for each prescription, which you will need to send to us if you have any questions about a specific prescription (note that this is for internal use only; pharmacies do not see this.) 

For a pending prescription, you will automatically see the serial number. For prescriptions that you've already sent, read on:

1.  Go to Charts->Rx->Send E-rx.

2. Under "Prescription Management" select desired status.

3. Under "Prescription Management" select desired date range and click on search.

4. And voilà, you will see the serial number(s).
