Why can't I use the DrFirst SMS feature?

DrFirst offers the ability to send patients a text after you have sent a prescription.  While the patient does need to enter login info to see the full info, the text itself shows the prescriber's name.  Because we believe this could be construed as a HIPAA violation, we do not support this, and our BAA does not apply to this.
