The fastest way to enter prescription info is by setting up your sig/pharmacist notes shortcuts. This way, when sending a prescription, you can simply select the appropriate shortcut from a list, saving time and improving efficiency.

1. In the "Prescribe Medication" area while sending a prescription, click on the "+" sign next to "Additional directions to patient."

2. Select your sig shortcut from the list.

3. For the "Directions to Pharmacist" shortcut notes, click the "+" sign.

4. Select your shortcut note from the list.
