How does the clinician begin a video session?

You can begin a video session with a patient/client at the scheduled time from your calendar and from your doxy.me dashboard. Read on to learn how:

1. Click on the ''Calendar'' tab. 

2. On your calendar, navigate to the patient's/client's appointment and click on it. 

3. Click on the ''go to doxy.me waiting room'' link. You can also open a new tab in doxy.me and start from there if you've saved your username and password. 

4. In your doxy.me dashboard, make sure to click on the correct patient's/client's name to start the video session.
