How do I enter a ''Do Not Fill Before'' date on my patient's/client's prescriptions?

There are two methods to enter a ''Do Not Fill Before'' date on your patient's/client's prescriptions, depending on the type of medication that you are e-prescribing.  

  • For only CII medications, enter the ''Do Not Fill Before'' date on the corresponding field as shown below:

  • For CIII and CIV medications, enter the ''Do Not Fill Before'' date on the ''Directions to Pharmacist'' section, as shown below: (Note: Click here to learn how to save a snippet with this information.)
