Why was my prescription marked as undeliverable?

In the event that the pharmacy your prescription was sent to did not verify that they had received it within 1 hour from the time it was initially transmitted, the system automatically marks the script as undeliverable. Pharmacies are still able to verify a script after the 1-hour timeframe and this results in a transmission history that will look like this: 

In cases where you are met with undeliverable scripts with transmission histories similar to these 3 examples, DrFirst's recommendation is to contact the pharmacy the scripts were sent to in order to ensure that they are properly verified.
