How do I see the PDF version of my patient's/client's EOB?

Here's how to see the PDF version of your patients'/clients' EOBs.

1. Go into your ApexEDI OneTouch Portal.

2. Click on the ''Electronic EOBs'' tab. 

3. Search for a partial or complete check number, the payer name or your patient's/client's name.

4. Click on the dropdown next to the EOB PDF that you'd like to see and select ''View/Print''. 

5. The PDF version of your patient's/client's EOB is displayed on your screen. You can download the file or print it as you would with any other file.
