How do I display a message in the portal?

Premium users can display a message seen practice-wide from the patient/client portal dashboard. Read on for a step-by-step guide, or watch a video here: 

1. From your main dashboard, click on "Practice."

2. Go to the "Portal Dashboard" section. 

3. Under "General Info," add the information that you want all your patients/clients to see on their portal dashboard. 

4. Scroll down to click on "Save." 

5. Patients/clients will see your message under "Clinician Information" once they log into their patient portal.
