How do I view the status of my patient's/client's e-prescriptions?

Here's how to view the status of a patient's/client's e-prescriptions: 

1. Use the ''Shortcuts'' menu on the home page to quickly access the e-Rx section on a patient's chart by entering the patient's name and then selecting, ''Send e-prescription'' on the ''Go to...'' dropdown menu. 

2. Click on the ''Rx'' tab and then on ''Prescription Report''.

3. You will see a green checkmark next to a prescription that has been successfully sent, a clock next to a pending prescription, and a stop icon for a cancelled prescription. 

4. The report will be generated as per your default settings, but you can adjust the dropdowns if needed, and then click on ''Search''. To learn how to change the default setting for this section, please click here.
