How can I see my patient's/client's invoices?

Here's how you can see your patient's/client's invoices in Luminello.

Within a chart's "Billing" section

The ''Invoice Tracker'' section will allow you to see all the invoices that you have created for that patient/client in particular. 

1. You can use the ''Shortcuts'' menu by selecting the chart and clicking on ''View billing'' from the ''Go to'' dropdown.

Or...

  1. Go to the "Billing" section within a chart.

2. Toggle to the "Invoice Tracker" tab.

3. You will see all the invoices that have been created for this patient/client.

  1. Click on "Filter List" to set a date range and the types of invoices that you want to display on the list. 

  1. The ''Status'' column will indicate if the invoice has been fully paid, partially paid, overdue, or paid.


From the ''Financial'' section

The ''Invoice Tracker'' section will allow you to see all the invoices that you have created practice-wide. 

1. From your main dashboard, click on "Financial."

2. Go to the ''Financial Summary'' section, and toggle to the ''Invoice Tracker'' tab. 

3. You will see all the invoices that have been created in your practice.

  1. Click on the "Filter List" to apply different filters to help narrow the results.
