How do I sign-up for credit card processing?

To start your application, please contact Bluefin at [email protected]. You will be provided with a link to a secure portal where you can enter your information and upload your documents. You can also request the link over the phone by dialing 800-675-6573, ext. 7802.

As per federal regulations, the following documents must be provided:

  • Copy of driver’s license 
  • Copy of business license (The permit to operate a business in your city)
  • Voided check

Once the application is submitted, it takes 3 to 5 business days for the account to be approved. You will receive a welcome email from Bluefin’s Customer Support team confirming your approval.

At the same time, Bluefin will send the credentials for your merchant account over to the Luminello Support team, and we'll activate the feature on our end. Our team will contact you to let you know you are ready to take payments.
