How do I adjust the balance due in the portal to show only the invoiced amount due?

Here's how to adjust how the balance due is displayed for a patient/client in the portal so that the invoiced amount is shown.

1. You can use the ''Shortcuts'' menu by selecting the chart and clicking on ''View billing'' from the ''Go to'' dropdown. 

 2. Toggle to the ''Settings'' tab.

3. Scroll down to the ''Invoices'' section and check the ''Portal: show the balance due from invoices'' box.
