Accessing Rcopia User and Location Preferences

User preferences will only apply to the account on which the preferences are set. Location preferences can only be set by an administrator and will apply to all users within a practice location. 

How to Set Preferences 

1. To access either user or location preferences, you will first need navigate to the Settings menu. This can be achieved by clicking on your name in the top right corner, or by hovering over the menu icon in the top left and clicking Settings.

2. Select "Preferences" option.

3. The Preferences screen opens with options in User or Location.

4. Use the screens to set preferences as desired. Click the Save button on either screen to ensure changes are applied.
