Why am I not receiving e-refill requests?

Your e-refill requests should start coming in through Luminello automatically, however, in cases where a user is transferring from using one EMR vendor to another, and the initial EMR vendor did not use DrFirst to route prescriptions to pharmacies, e-refills will not come through automatically. 

If you haven't received any e-refill requests, please contact us and we'll submit a change of vendor request to DrFirst on your behalf in order to enable e-refills for you. 

This process typically takes 4-5 business days and our team will notify you once complete. Afterward, it would take up to two weeks for refills to start coming in.

Another possible reason for not receiving e-refill requests is that DrFirst might be experiencing a systems error. You may also start receiving faxes instead of receiving them electronically through Luminello. No need to be alarmed, just contact us and we'll alert DrFirst promptly so that they may provide a swift fix for you.
