How do I set up my public profile?

Read on to learn how to set up your public profile or watch a webinar about optimizing your intake process here:

1. On the left navigation menu, click on "Referrals."

2. Click on the "Public Profile" tab.

3. Click on the fields you wish to edit. In this example, we've highlighted "Name and Contact Options." Enter or edit the desired fields.

  • Note: If you want a particular field to be hidden, make sure the "Display" checkbox is unchecked, as shown below:

4. To save your changes, click on "Save Profile." Note: Be sure to click "Show" at the top of the form if you want the form to be publicly visible. If you select "Hide", this will also hide your intake questionnaire.
