How can I select the branch that is displayed in the patient portal?
You can set any of your saved branches to be displayed for patients in their portals. Here's how:
1. From the main dashboard, click on ''Practice''.
2. On the ''Portal dashboard'' tab, scroll down to the ''Branch Info'' section.
3. Click on the menu next to ''Branch'' and select the desired branch from the list. Note: To learn how to edit the address for any of your branches, please click here.
4. Click on ''Save''.
