How can I check for duplicate charts when creating a new chart?

Here's how to check if there are any duplicate charts in your roster when creating a new chart:

1. From the ''Add a Chart'' section, click on ''Check for duplicates'' after entering the patient's first name, last name, and date of birth.

2. If a chart with the same name, last name, and date of birth is found, you will see a warning notification message as shown below. You will be able to proceed even if a duplicate chart is found, but we highly recommend stopping at this point and contacting us before proceeding, unless it truly is a different chart. If you are 100% certain that it is indeed a different chart, proceed by all means.

3. If no chart with the same name, last name, and date of birth is found as part of the branch, you will see "No duplicates found."
