How do I know if an invoice has been sent?

Here's how to determine if an invoice has already been sent to a patient. Read on to learn how: 

1.  From the ''Shortcuts'' menu on the home page, search the patient's chart, then select ''View billing'' from the ''Go to'' dropdown menu, as shown below:

1. Go to the patient's billing section and click on "Invoice Tracker."

2. Click on the drop-down, next to the desired invoice. For invoices that have been sent, you will be able to see the "Send Reminder" as shown below:

  • If an invoice has NOT yet been sent, this option will not show up.
