Can I remove my administrative assistant from Luminello?

While the system would not allow you to remove an admin assistant, changing their status to "Inactive" will disable all their functionalities in Luminello. 

1. This can be done from the owner's account by clicking on "Account," on the left navigation menu.  2. Go to the "Users" tab. 3. Scroll down to see your assistants. Click on "Modify Status" next to the assistant you would like to remove. 

4. A menu will appear, where you can change your administrative assistant's status to "Inactive."  5. A pop-up will appear. Click on "Yes, deactivate." 6. Click "Save" to make your changes permanent. 

6. A success notification will appear on your screen, and the status of the Admin assistant will be updated. If you have any questions, contact us.
