How to enable ''Record billing info for this session'' as a Default setting?

Here's how to make "billing for a session" a default setting from a note:

1. On the main dashboard, click on ''Charts''. 

2. Click on ''Settings''. 

3. Click on the checkbox next to ''By default, record billing info for each session when composing a note''.
