How can I see a list of all the payments I have received?

You can see a list of all the transactions that have been sent to your processing bank to be funded by login into your PayConex portal, provided that your application for credit card processing with Bluefin has already been approved and that you have already processed transactions. This will also help you determine which bank deposits contain the payments that your patients/clients make. Here's how: 

1. Click here to log in to your PayConex portal. Your username and password were provided in the welcome email you received when your application was approved. 

2. Click on the ''Reports'' tab. 

3. Click on ''Card Batch Report''. 

4. Click on the magnifying glass icon next to your account. 

5. Click on the magnifying glass next to a batch to see a list of all the transactions contained in it. 

6. Click on the magnifying glass icon to see more details about the transaction. You can also reissue and view/print the receipt.
