How can I generate a cumulative report?

A cumulative report from Change Healthcare provides valuable insights into your patient's E-labs tests and results. You can generate this report in two ways, enabling you to track all labs on a monthly basis. Here's how: 

Interactive Insights

1. You can use the ''Shortcuts'' menu by selecting the chart and clicking on "Review e-lab result" from the "Go to..." drop-down.

2. Click on the ''Interactive Insights'' button for the results you'd like to generate a report from. 

Note: Clicking on "Interactive Insights" enables you to track results over time; however, not all labs provide this functionality. If you encounter an error while attempting to access "Interactive Insights" using Safari on a Mac laptop/desktop or mobile devices, we recommend switching to Google Chrome or Firefox as your web browser, as suggested by Change Healthcare.

Cumulative Reports

1. You can use the ''Shortcuts'' menu by selecting the chart and clicking on "Review e-lab result" from the "Go to..." drop-down.

2. Click on the checkbox next to the results you'd like to generate the report from and then click on ''Cumulative Report''.

3. Select a date range or enter a custom date. Then, click on ''Search''. 

4. Select the report type you'd like to run, as well as the analyte(s) you'd like the report on. 

5. Scroll down and click on ''Create Report''. Note: To save time in the future, you can enter a name and save this as a custom report by clicking on ''Save as Custom''.
