What do I do if I need a replacement token for e-prescribing?
If you require a new token due to the old one being lost, damaged, or not working correctly, please contact our customer support team and we will submit a request for DrFirst to send a new one.
The cost of a replacement token is $39. Please ensure that you provide our customer support team with the physical address where you would like to receive the replacement token. It typically takes 3-5 business days for you to receive the replacement token.
